The project brought together youth organisations, NGOs and academic institutions from 5 European countries. The project team worked together to design, test, and refine the validation process through the Competent app.

Associació PROSEC coordinated the project. From Lleida, Spain, PROSEC supports socially excluded individuals, fostering autonomy and personal development by focusing on education, training, and well-being.
The Càtedra d’Innovació Social of the Universitat de Lleida aims to create new value in regional social action through research and education, fostering social participation, reflection, and knowledge transfer for shared dialogue and synergies.
Working across Ireland, Foróige empowers young people aged 8-25 through various programmes, fostering skills and attitudes, enabling them to contribute consciously and actively to society, promoting self-confidence, resilience, and community engagement.
Based in Lublin, Poland, Sempre a Frente engages in prevention, psychological education, and active citizenship promotion for young people, emphasising mental health, child protection, voluntary work, and skill development in small and large-scale projects.
Youth Council Prilep is a prominent organisation from Prilep, North Macedonia, committed to youth work, whose actions include mentoring, creative workshops, and events, fostering capacity building and active citizenship.
Based in Sofia, Bulgaria, WalkTogether aims to unite and empower young people through innovative non-formal education methodologies, enhancing skills and employment opportunities and bridging the gap between youth mobility experiences and future career prospects.
